1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SoyFin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SoyFin is a personal finance management application that allows users to upload bank statement PDFs, track spending, set budgets and goals, and receive AI-powered financial insights. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload documents that you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Payments & Subscriptions

SoyFin offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

• SoyFin Base — Monthly: $12.99 per month. Renews every 1 month.
• SoyFin Base — Yearly: $129.99 per year (~$10.83/month). Renews every 1 year.
• SoyFin Pro — Monthly: $23.99 per month. Renews every 1 month.
• SoyFin Pro — Yearly: $199.99 per year (~$16.67/month). Renews every 1 year.

All plans include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Full features of your chosen plan are available immediately during the trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Refunds are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology within SoyFin are owned by SoyFin and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

SoyFin is not a financial advisor. The insights and recommendations provided are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. We are not liable for any financial decisions you make based on information from the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
